For all 4-14 Factory purchases, we offer a 14-day return policy. We design our products to help you get the best performance. So, if you feel they aren't working as intended, we'll be happy to offer you an alternative. When you purchase from 4-14factory.com, you have 14 days to decide, knowing you can return them for any reason within that period. RETURNS Under European law, you may withdraw from the contract entered into with 4-14 Factory, for any reason, within 14 days of receiving the products. This means that if for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you ordered, simply notify us of your intention to return them within 14 days of receiving them. To meet the withdrawal deadline, you simply need to send us your notification before the withdrawal period expires (i.e., within 14 days of receiving the goods). Important: 1. Products must be shipped promptly and in any case no later than 14 days from the date you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract with 4-14 Factory. 2. Please ensure that the products you are returning are complete and have not been tampered with. 3. We ask that you do not use them other than what is reasonably necessary to decide whether or not to keep them. This means that you can try on the garments to check their fit and size, but you cannot wear or wash them. If you fail to follow these instructions, the return will not be accepted and the refund will not be confirmed. In this case, the product will be, at your discretion, kept and destroyed by us or returned to you at your expense. EXCHANGES To ensure our customers are fully satisfied with our products, exchanges are always possible within 14 days of receiving the product.
